I ordered glasses! I needed to get new ones last year but never did. Finally had an appointment and got some ordered. They are a tortoiseshell pattern, browns and pinks. Big enough to hold my bifocals, lol. Not 80’s big, but close!

NaNoWriMo has been a bit of a bust. I injured my back and have barely been able to move. Sitting isn’t fun. Moving isn’t fun. Standing is okay. Laying down isn’t fun. I’m back at the chiropractor and having daily visits. It’s getting better, but if I don’t keep moving, the pain is awful. I have to move even just this little bit I’ve been typing here.

We’ve got snow.

It’s a bit deeper. It has snowed a bit each day for the last 3 days. Not as bad as the east coast, but since I’m the one that has to shovel (with a bad back!) it’s not good.

So, I have been trying to write. I keep adding a little at a time. No where near enough to meet the 50,000 words for NaNo though.

I’m taking my granddaughter out to meet with her other grandma today for lunch. Then she’s going to show her what she’d like to get for Christmas. So Target later! Sunday my son’s coming to help me get salt for the driveway and move a few things around since I’m cooking for Thanksgiving this week. We’re celebrating on Friday so the kids can all go to their in laws.

Maybe I’ll be able to get a few words in. We’ll see. Have a great weekend!
