My last picture of my house had a clear ground. Here it is now!

Last Saturday it started snowing about 10am. Eight or so inches later it finally ended. Mind you, it snowed all day long! I got out there and snowblowed on Sunday. Ugh, what a job.

I looked out my back door to this.

And this.

Heck, you can’t even see my poor white flamingo. They are obviously running to find shelter and didn’t make it.

Well, while it snowed, I cooked. I made enough dinners for almost three weeks.

It’s really hard to tell I have that much, but they are stacked 3 deep, lol. I did ribs, roasts, stew, chicken dinners and bean soup. I purchased the white containers for stews and soups. I can reuse them instead of going through so many plastic freezer bags. Which are not exactly cheap.

I’ve also been working on my course for my non fiction book. Plus making notes to not forget what I want to put in there and finding a critique partner I was matched with. Hopefully she thinks it is a good fit, too. Time will tell. I do know I’m getting the itch to write again. I just have to be consistent and do it as scheduled. I’m thinking I need to schedule my writing times like I’m doing my coursework.
