I’m cooking a turkey today and doing a ham tomorrow for Easter. My son opted out of visiting, lol. He’s going with his girl to her parents. We did manage to conscript the daughter and son in law and child to come over. My daughter was happy not to have to cook before she heads to work. She’s on Fri, Sat and Sun for 12 hour shifts. So free food is a positive. They’ll come over before she has to get to work. I’m sure we’ll also be providing a meal for during the shift also.

The turkey will be served Sunday too, but I’ll mainly be making turkey enchiladas with it. Yum!

I’m still plugging away at my new book. Slow progress, but progress all the same!
