Well, it’s been years since we had a dog around the house. My son moved home and brought his. He’s a sweetheart but beware if he doesn’t know you. Or he thinks you’re threatening me, my daughter or granddaughter. Or if you’re a ball or a stick!

Other than that, we are still working on our old house. We’re getting down to the wire. Today we’re installing the fan and lights in the upstairs bathroom. Once that is done, I’ll paint and tile the tub surround and the sink area.

While Ed is working on the wiring, I’ll try to get more of the siding done. As long as it isn’t raining. Our old house has been inundated with rain this past week, so I haven’t done any work on it. I did sell our old grill, though. Less I have to take to the thrift store.

Unfortunately, I’m feeling a bit under the weather. My granddaughter was sick a couple of weeks ago and my daughter is sick. I hope I’m not catching it. I’ll pop some zinc and keep the tea coming.

We’ll see what the day brings. But I need to be better for my upcoming book signing. Writer’s on the River. It would be wonderful to see you there!
