Time seems to fly so terribly fast. The year is half over. My resolutions are still working, sort of! Exercising is happening. I feel better with it. Writing, well, not as much as I wished, but I am doing it. I got more words down the other day than I have in over a month. Yay! I’m obviously the tortoise in this race.

Tomorrow is my granddaughter’s 7th birthday party. It will be overrun with rug rats! As to be expected, lol. They are getting a bouncy house and have a 12 foot swimming pool. Should be fun.
We are having a couple of companies test our well water. Not sure what we’ll do if it is undrinkable. When we moved in, it was deemed safe, but some issues have come up that may be directly related to it. Having it tested will make sure. I filter it THREE times before I drink it. Ugh.
And here my prepper little heart was thrilled to have a well and septic. Hmmm. Be careful what you wish for!
I was excited! I got one of my books I just had printed in from Amazon. I’d never had the prequel for A Dragon’s Fated Heart series in print, only online. I talked to a few people that convinced me it would be a good thing to print it. So I did. It came in over a week early from Amazon. Woo hoo! In person, it’ll go for only $5.00. Just enough to cover printing and shipping costs. I found out the cover I have on the ebook wasn’t a good enough resolution to transfer to print. It is why I no longer do my own covers! So I used one of Amazons which is an erupting volcano. Which causes the Rise of the Dragons, lol.

I have one more coming this coming week, so I’ll have them both before my next book signing. At my signing, I’ll be doing the cover reveal for the fourth book in A Dragon’s Fated Heart series, Waking Tamara. I really liked how it turned out. The model is totally drool worthy! But no one can see it until Writers on the River on July 16, 2022. Peoria IL, dudes and dudettes! Par-a-dice hotel and casino.
Hopefully you will be there!
