Oops! Sorry, I was reading…

I’ve been so busy reading I forgot to post!

WHAT? NO WAY? you say…

Okay, I was at a book signing in Milwaukee and found Winter Travers. Okay, so I knew her, but I sat across the room from her and stared at the life size poster of her covers. (Maybe not life size, but damn, I could easily see it across the room!) Of her newest series. Skid Row Kings

It was intriguing. So, I got it.

Ever hear of Skid Row Kings? God I love the name. The first book is Downshift. The second book is Powershift. I finished Downshift the night before last. Bought Powershift and am reading that. I should finish it shortly. I took a break for Project Runway and to write this post, lol.

I sure hope the third book is out because Kurt looks like his story will be a wild one! If not, I’ll be waiting. Maybe if its on preorder… But first I have to finish Mitch’s story!

So, grab a couple of great books!

***Book 1 in The Skid Row Kings Series***

Luke Jensen lived on the wrong side of the tracks all his life, but that never stopped him from realizing his dream and making it a reality. Now, the King of the Street Racing scene, he finally has everything he wants and he won’t let anyone take it away from him.
Violet Barnes lived a sheltered life growing up, never fitting in except in the books that she loved. After losing her parents, she forges forward, creating her own little world, content in being alone.
When Violet stumbles into Luke’s shop, sparks fly but neither can let go of the hard lessons they learned growing up.
Will Violet give Luke a chance to prove he’s not just another gear head? Or will Luke write Violet off before they even have a chance to see that they both need to let go of their past, and focus on the future?

Due to sexual content and profanity, this book is recommended for ages 18+.

Mitch Jensen knows what it’s like to have nothing and claw your way up from the bottom. Living with nothing growing up, he always strives to help those in need. Except, he’s never met someone who didn’t want his help.

Scarlett James is running from a life she never wanted but was too afraid to leave. Free from the man who was destroying her, she now has to find her way and build a new life for her and her son.

All Mitch wants to do is give Scarlett what she needs and deserves but with the walls Scarlett has built around her heart, Mitch can’t find a way in.
Will Scarlett let Mitch in, discovering that not all men are bad? Or will her past consume her, keeping her from what she’s always wanted?

Yay! Book 3, Bangshift is available!

*Skid Row Kings Series, Book 3

Kurt Jensen has had enough. Tired of being under his brother’s thumb and having the one person he wanted push him away, Kurt knew it was time to leave. California was supposed to be the new start he craved and needed, but one wrong turn brought everything crashing down around him, literally.

Leelee Perez messed up any chance she had with Kurt by pushing him away and has regretted it since. Kurt had been Leelee’s knight in shining armor a year ago, saving not only her, but also the small family she clung to.

Now is her chance to make things right.

Relationships will be tested, and bonds will be broken in this thrilling conclusion of the Skid Row Kings Series.

And now, my Amazon settlement is gone, lol!

Enjoy! I’ll hopefully finish book 2 tonight and start on book 3. See if you can catch me!
