I’m sitting with piles surrounding me. I’ve started sorting stuff for the move. Putting stuff on sale on Facebook Marketplace. I’ve someone coming to get our second couch this morning. We don’t need or have room for two full couches. We didn’t here either, lol. It’s been sitting in the dining room waiting for a new home. I did say one of my goals for the year was to clean out my basement. I didn’t know at the time it would mean moving!

This is our soon to be new house! I just love the door. We aren’t downsizing, lol. We are going from a 4 bedroom 2 bath house to a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. It’s the location! We are moving around the block from our daughter and granddaughter.

If you haven’t guessed by now, I’ve gotten no writing done all summer! It’s been kind of relaxing, lol. I’m excited to be getting a ready made office. We talked about getting a dumpster and I’m sure we’ll be making a lot of trips to the thrift stores before we move. No way am I posting everything we are getting rid of online. Just the thought of having a garage sale is exhausting!

This afternoon we’re heading to the pumpkin patch with the girls. I’ll get some more packing done this afternoon.

Tomorrow will be dedicated to painting. I’ve so much to do! Three weeks isn’t enough to pack 27 years! Then there is getting more boxes! Deciding if I want to keep my cake pan collection or get rid of it…

Too much! I’m done with decisions today! Time for the Pumpkin Patch!
