Blurb: It’s been six months since Jess Sanders allowed herself to accept that the role of submissive on the exclusive adult entertainment floor of the Fables Hotel was a job she was born to do. Now Jess’s boss, Mrs Peters, informs her, and the resident dominatrix, Miss Sarah, that they have been loaned to one of her clients, who wishes to start an adult retreat, hidden away in the remote glens of Scotland. Suddenly, Jess has to come to terms that she might not be as perfect a submissive as she had been led to think – especially when her new boss implies that she may not be returning to Fables after all…
Review: Jess and Sarah are taken to Scotland to help out at the Retreat. Nothing is as it seems. When you read this book you think that they want one woman over the other and that is true but it’s not the one you really think. In this story you are taking on a lot of different BDSM scenes. Some you never even knew where possible. I really don’t know what all to say about this book. There are some parts that I liked and others that I didn’t. I am still trying to get my head around some of it. That is what took me awhile to write this review. I am still wondering how to put my feelings down.
Maybe once I read the next book I will know how I truly feel. I just feel that something is missing and I can’t seem to figure out what. I don’t know how to take some of the characters and I just want to say that I didn’t like Tia. She is a woman that really needed to be taken down a little. In these books everyone has sex with different people so you don’t know if anyone truly belongs to anyone else. Maybe that is the way it is supposed to be. I didn’t read the first book so maybe I am missing something from that.
I think I should read the first book and get caught up. I like books about BDSM but this one is a new one on me. I will just try to think more about this book and the characters so that I will be able to get my head around everything that happened.
