Eli vowed he would never tie himself to one woman. But when he sees a lone werewolf female at Wulf’s Den with six large male werewolves at her back, he finds himself instantly attracted to her.
Saskia and her brothers-in-arms have come to Wulf’s Den in search of the foretold one, the one they have trained most of their long lives to protect. What she didn’t expect was to have one of her visions while there. Or to see that she and the male mortal who looks at her with hunger in his eyes would eventually end up in bed together.
As Eli and Saskia try to sort through the feelings of an unexpected mating, a new enemy rises to threaten Roxie in her position as the foretold one. An enemy who could end their mating prematurely.
I have really loved this journey that I have been on with this series. Each character has their own way of mating and going through their ups and downs. I hate to see this series end but I know that a new series begins.
I have to say that I believe Eli had the most stubborn and hardest mate of all. She is a wolf and also a warrior. She made a promise to herself that she would never take a mate and imagine Saskia’s surprise when Eli is proven to be her mate after one round of sex. Their souls joined and there is no way to change it unless one dies.
I have enjoyed every single mortal and wolf meet and to find their one true mate. Some were easier than others but it doesn’t make the stories hard to connect with.
I will be thinking about every single one of these books and keeping them in my mind. There is no way i can delete these books. I give this book 4 Flames.
